What is your process for verifying recipients?
For Pro and Pro+ plans, you have to pre-approve emails that are not your own. When you add a recipient, they will receive an email with a link to allow you to send them reminders in the system. Recipients can ALWAYS opt-out. This is required by law.
For Enterprise accounts, you can pre-approve emails as in Pro plans, but you can also prove domain ownership which will allow you to send to any email in the domain.
